A Mysterious Mouse Leaves More Questions Than Answers

This was slipped under my door a few nights ago. I thought it might be someone teasing me or stringing me along. But I can’t stop thinking about it. Is this a clue? What am I missing?

I’m not convinced these missives are making it to the overworld but I will keep sending them in the hopes that they will be archived somewhere.
